Description
Deepsolver is a No-Limit Hold’em solver that runs right in the browser. A solver is software that calculates the game-theory-optimal strategy for a given situation: how often and with which hands to bet, call, or fold. All calculations run on the developer’s servers, so there’s no need for a powerful computer, lots of RAM, or any installation — an internet connection and a modern browser are enough.
Deepsolver’s main feature is speed. Instead of building the game tree for all streets at once, it solves one street at a time, and the classic CFR algorithm is augmented with neural networks. As a result, solutions come back in seconds rather than minutes or hours. According to the developer, average accuracy is 0.59% Nash Distance across a sample of 720 tested situations.
Beyond solving itself, the tool includes a library of ready-made preflop ranges, so a postflop hand can be set up in a couple of clicks without entering ranges manually or buying them separately. The bet tree is built automatically by Smart Tree Builder, which picks two bet sizes for the specific board, or set manually in the custom solution mode, where any stacks, pot sizes, and lines are available.
A separate set of features focuses on playing against a specific opponent. The exploit finder lets users lock the opponent’s strategy — either as a whole by a standard profile or manually hand by hand — and calculate the best response to their deviations. The resulting exploitative strategy can be compared with the equilibrium one and practiced in the trainer, which deals spots on any board with any ranges and bet sizes and supports playing several tables at once.
Deepsolver is designed for studying the game away from the table, and its developers openly oppose using solvers during play. Every calculation is stored on the service’s servers, and the website offers a Fair Play Check tool: it shows whether a given board has been solved in the last seven days, and the result can be passed on to a poker room’s security team.
