Description

FreeBetRange is a platform for working with preflop ranges that opens straight in the browser. Nothing needs to be installed: create an account and your ranges, settings, and training statistics become available from any device. The app is built around five main sections: the GTO library, the MDA population ranges section, the Viewer, the Trainer, and the Editor.

The library holds ready-made solver solutions for cash games, multi-table tournaments, Spin & Go, and Mystery Battle Royale. Each solution is a complete preflop strategy tree covering every position, stack, and line. Any solution is added to your account with a single click and becomes immediately available for editing, viewing, and drilling.

The MDA section shows the ranges different types of opponents actually play. They are built from an analysis of more than 300 million cash game hands and are broken down by site group, stake, table size, presence of an ante, and player type — regular, weak player, and very weak player. That makes it possible to build exploitative strategies grounded in how the field really behaves rather than in theory.

The Trainer locks the strategy into memory. In classic mode the app deals hole cards at a table and you choose an action, exactly as in a real game. In range-drawing mode you have to reproduce the entire hand grid for a given spot from memory, after which the app marks your mistakes. Progress on each spot is visible in separate statistics with a heat map.

The Editor lets you assemble a strategy from scratch or rework a ready-made solution to fit your own conditions: folders by stack and position, subordinate ranges for continuing lines, up to forty colors, fractional weights, and notes on individual ranges. Ranges import from Equilab, Flopzilla, PioSolver, Simple Preflop, HRC, and GTO Wizard, and your own strategy exports as a single file to hand to students or study partners.

Pricing

Plans are sold as subscriptions billed monthly or yearly; yearly billing is noticeably cheaper per month. Promo code HUDSTORE takes 10% off the paid tiers.

  • Free — free and unlimited in time. Two-color ranges without weights, a limited set of spots in the GTO library, basic range import from Flopzilla and Equilab, up to 50 hands and 5 ranges per day in the Trainer, and up to 5,000 ranges in the account.

  • Pro — $159 per year, which works out to $13.20 per month (30% savings), or $19 billed monthly. Full access to the GTO library (over 100,000 ranges), up to 40 colors and weighted cells, unlimited Trainer use, Viewer customization, bulk import from HRC, export of the entire strategy as one file, and up to 10,000 ranges.

  • Elite — $348 per year, which works out to $29 per month (41% savings), or about $49 billed monthly. Everything in Pro, plus the MDA section, uploading your own hand histories, and up to 25,000 ranges. On monthly billing, MDA export is capped at 100 ranges per month; on yearly billing it is uncapped.

  • Teams — a plan for teams and poker schools with a shared admin panel. It is calculated from the regular tier price (on Pro that is $19 per student per month) with a volume discount: 35% from 10 students, 40% from 50, and 45% from 100.

It makes sense to start on the free tier and move to a paid one when the limits begin to get in the way. Promo code HUDSTORE takes 10% off: freebetrange.com
