Description
Snap MDA is a browser-based tool for analyzing large volumes of poker hands. Instead of manually reviewing dozens of hands, the tool gives you access to ready-made databases containing hundreds of millions of cash game, tournament, and PLO hands collected from several major poker rooms, and lets you pull stats for any given situation in a fraction of a second.
At its core are queries on postflop and preflop lines: the player describes a sequence of street-by-street actions using a simple letter-based code, and the tool finds every matching hand in the database, showing frequencies, bet sizes, and outcomes. For postflop spots, population data can be compared against GTO strategy with a single click, revealing where opponents’ actual play deviates from equilibrium.
A separate module handles opponent profiling: the player tab shows dozens of statistical metrics for a specific nickname or for an entire pool, color-coded against the pool’s distribution. Filters and player groups you’ve found can be saved and reused in other queries, and report links themselves store all filter settings, making them easy to share or return to later.
For players who want to analyze not just their opponents’ hands but their own, private databases are available: you can upload your own hand history and apply the same analytical stack to it, hunting for leaks by comparing against GTO or pool tendencies. The tool covers NLHE cash games and tournaments, as well as 4-card and 5-card PLO.
This tool suits players who are already familiar with basic poker concepts and want to back up their decisions with large-sample statistics rather than relying solely on their own observations at the table.
